Regarding Hall Numbers and the issuing of NEW ONES...
Hall Numbers stopped being issued with the passing of Sensei Urban in 2004. However, If you were issued a hall number by Sensei Urban you can issue a Sub- Hall Number to your balck belts who teach with your hall number in front of the sub number. Other than that, no one can issue Hall numbers for USA/American Goju Association.
